Founded by veterans, at SOAR & Serve Foundation, our mission is to provide accessible, preventative healthcare and diagnostic imaging services to underserved communities. We are especially committed to serving veterans, their families, and vulnerable mothers who often face barriers to timely, quality care.
We believe early detection saves lives.
Through health education, compassionate service, and high-quality diagnostic support, we strive to improve health outcomes, reduce disparities, and strengthen the well-being of the communities we serve.
